A workshop is conducted during a single day, usually on a Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Registration prices for individuals and groups are set according to the date that registration information and payment is received by The Pi Project.

after the registration closing date to inquire about the availability of additional space in the workshop, to register late or on-site.
Late registration, if available, would be between the closing date and 24 hours before the workshop begins.
On-site registration, if available, would be between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. prior to the workshop, using check or cash only.
Participation is transferable for a paid registration.
A paid registrant may send a substitute participant at no additional cost.
Participation for free by a school Principal is not transferable.
To request that your school principal participate in a workshop for free, please send us an email.
Only a school Principal who is accompanied by 3 paid registrants may participate in a workshop for free.
