refund policy for workshops

All sales are final. If for any reason a paid registrant cannot attend a workshop we offer two options:

(1) Send a substitute participant in your place at no additional charge.

(2) Send an email to thepiproject@gmail.com to request a refund.

If we receive a request for refund more than 48 hours in advance of a the workshop, The Pi Project will be able to refund your registration cost in full, less any online or banking service charges.

For a request received within 48 hours or less before the workshop, The Pi Project will be able to refund your registration cost in full, less any online or banking service charges, and less a $25 late notification fee.

refund policy for book orders

All sales are final. If you need to return a book, first send an email to thepiproject@gmail.com to request a refund, and then mail the book to Pi Project.

Within 5 days of our receipt of this return, The Pi Project will refund your purchase price in full, less any online or banking service charges. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be by credit card. If the reason for the return is a result of our error, then we will also reimburse the cost of return shipping.
